How do I get a transparent background?

Leave the background set to Transparent and export as PNG or WebP. JPEG cannot store transparency, so a JPEG export will always have a solid background.

Which file formats can I upload?

PNG, JPG, JPEG and WebP. Very large photos are resized automatically so the editor stays responsive, and phone camera rotation is corrected on upload.

Will my image lose quality?

Exports are produced at the working resolution with no watermark and no forced downscale on the free plan. Choosing JPEG or WebP applies normal lossy compression, which you control with the quality slider.

The AI cut off part of my subject. Can I fix it?

Yes. Use Magic Grab in restore mode to bring back a whole region, or the restore brush to paint the missing area back in. Lower the brush hardness for soft edges such as hair.

Does it work well with hair and fur?

Generally yes, especially on well-lit photos with contrast between the subject and background. The Refine tab has edge cleanup and halo reduction for the difficult cases.

Can I use the images commercially?

You keep full rights to the images you upload and export, so you can use the results in product listings, ads and client work, provided you had the right to use the original photo.

Yes. The editor is designed for touch, and the whole flow — upload, cutout, retouch, download — works in a mobile browser without installing an app.

How do payments and renewals work?
