How to Remove a Background
Upload a photo and get a transparent cutout in a few seconds.

Open the editor
Go to the home page and scroll to the upload area, or press Try free in the header.

Add your image
Drag a file onto the drop zone or press Choose image and pick one from your device.

Wait for the cutout
The subject is detected automatically and the result appears on a transparent checkerboard.

Review the edges
Zoom in on hair, straps and thin details. Anything that looks wrong can be corrected with the retouch tools.
Tips
- Sharp, evenly lit photos produce the cleanest edges.
- Subjects that contrast with the background cut out best.
